What looks like an indefinable string of characters and contains a legal structure as a substructure means nothing more to you than a piece of freedom. I hereby make the sermons and addresses on this website available under a Creative Commons license. I would like to briefly explain what this means in concrete terms.

The author of a work normally retains all exploitation rights for his work, including the rights to reproduction, distribution and editing. For this homepage, or more precisely for all texts written by my mother Helene Kreutz, I renounce some of these rights. For this purpose, the Creative Commons Initiative has legally formulated a whole series of sample licenses. From these licenses I have chosen the BY-NC-ND license. You may copy and distribute all texts, audio files and video files of this website under the following conditions, unless otherwise indicated:


   

1. You must name Helene Kreutz († 14.09.2005) and myself (Stefan Kreutz/right holder) as author and refer to the website "http://sk-v.de" as source (BY).

2. You may not use the contents for commercial purposes (NC).

3. You may not make any changes to the text or content of the audio or video files (ND).

The alphabetical jumble stands for these three restrictions. "BY" means "from", "NC" means "Non-Commercial" and "ND" means "No Derivative Work".
